Good facilities and amenities, and excellent location for exploring. the rooms were clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. the hotel offered an impressive range of activities.

Limited dining options and the food quality was hit-or-miss. Some staff struggled with English and it could be difficult to communicate effectively.

Our stay at this hotel was truly luxurious. The exclusive amenities and service provided here were outstanding. The Spa & wellness centre was the best we have ever been to with a variety of treatments and top-notch therapists. The indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam bath were perfect for relaxation. The swimming pool was crystal clear and surrounded by sun loungers and an aqua park. The sun terrace was great for lounging and taking in the breathtaking views of the garden area. The fine dining restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious dishes.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the live entertainment, which could have been better. Despite this, our overall experience was superb, and we look forward to coming back to this hotel for another luxurious and relaxing vacation in the near future.

I got great value for my money at Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel & Spa. The room was fantastic and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff treated me with the utmost respect and were always ready to assist with anything I needed.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider selection of fresh pastries and baked goods.
