The 24-hour Sheraton Fitness Club and over 21,000 square feet of adaptable venue space for large-scale meetings were impressive. The facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and business center, met my business needs effectively.

I had a great experience at the Sheraton in Atlantic City! The value for my money was fantastic and the room was clean and modern with nice personal touches like robes and a makeup mirror. The location was perfect, close to shopping, casinos, and the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to answer my questions and the manager went above and beyond to fix an issue with my account.

The only thing that could have been better was the food for breakfast. The options were limited due to COVID19, but the coffee was not good and the Activia yogurt was not to my liking.

I also loved the walk-in shower with an extended hose shower head, providing a refreshing and enjoyable bathing experience. What's even better is that breakfast is included at an affordable rate, allowing you to start your day off right without breaking the bank.

I wished it was a tad closer to the boardwalk and casinos, but the perfect location for outlet shopping and events at the convention center made up for it.

While the rooms were comfy, some parts of this hotel could use a little love and attention. the soundproofing wasn't the greatest, as you could hear noises from other rooms, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

It was very clean and included nice personal touches like robes, a makeup mirror, mouthwash, a shower cap, and drinking glasses. the beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed the nice view. the room provided a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, which were extremely accommodating. the supervisor who offered a complimentary night stay for the inconvenience showed fairness and professionalism. Free parking was also a bonus.
