Amazing room with awesome views, fully equipped kitchen, convenient location, pool and spa were delightful, helpful staff, secure entrance and parking.

Staying here was a great experience. The location was perfect as everything in the city was within walking distance. Moreover, this hotel was situated in a quiet area which was unexpected but truly appreciated. Additionally, the staff were always on shift and willing to help with anything I needed, such as helping me find a place to eat, and even providing me with a tour of the city. The room was clean and spacious, made even better by the balcony and laundry facilities.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Istay Precinct. The balcony had stunning views and the staff provided excellent service. The location was central to everything we wanted to see in Adelaide. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette. a great stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with City restaurants, Franklin Street bus station, central markets, and the fresh market all within easy reach. The room was well equipped and had a nice open plan with a covered balcony. The staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early. The spa, sauna, steam room, and pool were great for relaxation.

One negative aspect was the lack of service during a seven-night stay. There was no cleaning of towels or bathroom amenities provided.

The hotel is quite well-located and our room had a spectacular view. On our arrival, the staff gave us complimentary water bottles and chocolates, which was a nice touch. the room was cozy and warm, and the bed was comfortable. We had access to a beautiful balcony that was perfect for a sunny day.

The stay was extremely disappointing. Our room was dirty and unkempt with suspicious debris and stains on the carpet.

We had a great stay at Istay Precinct. The apartment was modern and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious kitchen. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Adelaide Central Market and a variety of dining options on Gouger Street. The views from the upper floors were stunning, especially at night. The balcony was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and city lights. we would highly recommend this hotel.

our recent stay at a spacious apartment in adelaide was amazing. the beds were comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and the reception staff were very helpful. the apartment had a great view and the location was perfect for exploring the city and visiting the central market. overall, it exceeded our expectations.
