I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room rates were reasonable and offered good value for money. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The location was convenient with plenty of food outlets nearby. The basic amenities were well-maintained and the rooms were clean.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. The two-bedroom unit we stayed in was located at the back of the complex, offering a peaceful environment without any traffic noise. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious bedrooms featuring comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size, and having a separate toilet was particularly convenient for our family with older children.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Location was great, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was okay and filling. Wifi worked well in the room. The staff was nice and friendly, greeted us with smiles. Check-in was a breeze.

The room wasn't great, the bed was worn out and uncomfortable. It was one of those beds where you rolled into the middle.

The breakfast at Jacaranda Place Motor Inn was absolutely delightful. The spread was varied and plentiful, and the staff attending the self-service station were attentive and friendly. We were lucky to be one of the first guests and had the best seats in the house. The kids especially enjoyed it, which made the experience even better. The location of the motel was also convenient for our function. The room was prepared early for us, which was a nice touch.

Big, bright, airy, comfortable room. Friendly, professional, helpful staff. On-site coin-operated washing facility. Plenty of space and amenities in the room. Good selection and cleanliness of breakfast. Freshly made pancakes. Clean and fresh bed linen.
