We stayed in a room somewhere between 108-116, which had a great location directly above the restaurant outdoor eating area. The views over the pool were fantastic, and the area was quiet and picturesque. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was of a high standard. The pool area was also very enjoyable, perfect for relaxation.

One negative aspect was the expensive on-site restaurant and the extra charge for room service, which was not convenient.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. This place was conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach. I loved the service grocery shopping facility and the shuttle service here. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the tours/ticket assistance service was also great. The staff were very friendly, and the room amenities were fantastic, I especially enjoyed the terrace, sitting area and dining table. The on-site leisure facilities were amazing, the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun terrace were highlights of the trip. The spa centre had great treatments and the beauty services offered were also impressive. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that express check-in/ -out was available.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

This resort is perfectly situated right next to the water play area for kids and as close to the beach as we expected from the photos. It is also a stone's throw away from shops, offering convenience and accessibility. The staff is outstanding, always cheerful, obliging and eager to please customers. The pool and room size are exceptional, with a modern, good looking decor that makes the room great value for money.

Some guests experienced disappointing customer service and encounters with inadequate facilities both in their room and by the pool, such as cisterns not filling, mould in bathtubs, and a lack of pool cover.

We loved the beautiful lagoon views from our apartment and the convenient location close to Agnes Water CBD. The self-contained family unit with a private hot tub was a great feature. The friendly staff and easy access underground parking were also highlights.

I had a wonderful stay at a modern resort with great facilities. My room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The resort had easy access to the car park and plenty of parking. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Although there were some drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as noise from roadworks and limited services, I didn't experience any of these issues during my stay.

The noise from the road was quite intrusive and woke us up early in the morning. a decent stay for a city trip, but be sure to request a room away from the road.
