Impeccable service. Beautiful hotel. Plenty to do on-site. Great food. Worth staying longer.

During our recent stay at Yamanaka Onsen, we were truly amazed by the exceptional service and breathtaking scenery. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The onsen baths were absolutely heavenly, and we even had the opportunity to reserve a private onsen. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful, showcasing the finest Japanese cuisine. The location was convenient with the free shuttle service provided. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Japan and it was an absolute delight. The hotel is nestled in a serene location, surrounded by great nature and situated by a beautiful river. The scenic views were absolutely breathtaking and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The housekeeping service was impeccable, making sure that my room was always clean and well-maintained. The airport shuttle service was also a great convenience, allowing for easy transportation to and from the hotel.

I had a fantastic time at a beautiful hotel located by a peaceful river. The location was great, as it was close to the Kaga Onsen train station, making it convenient for me to get around. The room was lovely, with a private hot spring bath on the balcony and even a massage chair! The food was out of this world, with delicious traditional Japanese breakfasts and mouthwatering dinners at Chihiro and Aotake restaurants. I also enjoyed the complimentary welcome dessert and the box lunch provided on my departure day.

I wish there were clearer instructions regarding the rules and usage of the personal hot spring bath in the room.

The hotel is set in breathtaking surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere lends itself to a relaxing break. Staff are friendly and informative, and the food is of a high quality with a lot of variety. The complimentary shuttle service is a great feature and makes travelling to the hotel hassle-free. The private onsen and complimentary amenities offered are a definite plus.

The smoking areas within the hotel are not limited enough and occasionally the smell was noticeable in non-smoking areas. The layout of some of the private onsen may be disappointing to those who are looking for a more private and intimate experience.
