The room was cozy and equipped with a gas fire 🔥 and spa bath 🛁. the only downside was the breakfast options 🍳. Staff was super helpful and friendly, making our stay unforgettable! 😊.

Recently stayed at Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa, the grounds and buildings were charming, especially the serene lake. Enjoyed the well-maintained room, comfortable bed, and convenient kitchenette. the wildlife on-site added to the experience, and the day spa was absolutely fantastic. a beautiful getaway location with lovely staff and great amenities.

The warm chalets at Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa were cozy, with a lovely fireplace and spacious rooms. the staff was friendly and efficient, the restaurant served excellent meals, and the resort grounds were well-maintained. the facilities catered well to families, with fun activities like lake canoeing and archery. Nearby landmarks like Ski Tube and Kosciuszko National Park Entrance Gates provided opportunities for family bonding in beautiful surroundings. the spa and wellness center offered a relaxing escape, with amenities like a sauna, body treatments, and beauty services enhancing our stay.

The location was exceptional, with beautiful surroundings. The mountain bike riding was fantastic, and the lake with apartments over the water was breathtaking. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were wonderful. Plenty of onsite activities to enjoy.

Just stayed at a stunning spot near Thredbo, overlooking the lake. the breakfast was delicious. Missed hard boiled eggs - but the room was cozy and equipped. the staff were SUPER FRIENDLY. Would go back! the spa is even better in person.

The two bedroom chalet had plenty of space with a small kitchen. The buffet breakfast had great views over the lake. Access to the heated pool and sauna was a bonus. Staff were attentive and welcoming at the restaurants.

We had an amazing time at this place! The location was perfect, right by the lake, and the views from our room were beautiful. The buffet breakfast was a convenient start to our days of mountain biking and the meals at the restaurant were excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome and taken care of. The accommodation itself was fabulous, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The grounds were well-kept and we enjoyed taking walks around the area. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my recent stay at Novotel Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa, I had the pleasure of signing up for a Segway Tour at Lake Crackenback. Our guide, Jay, was absolutely amazing. His professionalism, local knowledge, and passion for the environment made the tour truly outstanding. Plus, the resort offers a variety of other guided tours, such as e-bike tours to Mt Kozi. It's a fantastic place to explore all year round. I highly recommend taking a Segway tour at Novotel Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa.

Beautiful natural surroundings and plenty of activities available. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from our apartment and the abundance of wildlife around the resort. the range of free activities and paid activities was great too. We especially loved the walking trails and mountain biking options. the fact that you could hire mountain bikes on-site or bring your own was convenient. the self-contained apartments were comfortable and well-equipped.

The food wasn't up to our expectations, and the wait times were quite long. we wished the reception was open for longer hours, and the bar could be open for more hours too.

The location of the resort is excellent, as it is pretty close to all the action. You can easily access the Ski tube or take a thrilling ride down the Thredbo mountain. Additionally, being right next to the national park allows for beautiful walks and a chance to experience nature. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and well-decorated interiors. The resort also offers helpful staff, great amenities, and a shuttle bus service.
