The value for money was great, with spacious and clean rooms equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with easy access to the old town and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The only thing that could've made the food for breakfast better was a wider variety of options.

The hotel is located in the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. It is situated in a quiet area away from the main tourist spots, providing a peaceful stay. The staff was attentive and made sure everything was okay during our stay.

The transportation to and from attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues was a hit and miss, with taxis being difficult to hire in the area.

We loved that our family of 6 could all be in the same spacious room at Baan Sang Singh. The pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for hot days. Despite being tucked back off the main street, the hotel was conveniently located near food and shopping. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fabulous! Always smiling, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed their toast and hot drinks service, which was such a nice touch in the mornings. the hotel was located within walking distance to all the major markets, which made exploring the area so much easier. Lastly, the clothes washing service was exceptional, making our travels much more convenient.

We also found out upon arrival that the hotel charged an extra 2% for using a credit card, which was unexpected. However, these small inconveniences didn't detract from the rest of our experience at the hotel.

Stayed at a great hotel for families with young kids and a good-sized pool. the staff at Baan Sang Singh were incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable information. They even arranged transportation to the night market and the train station. the location was convenient, just outside the city walls, with affordable tuk-tuks readily available. the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the freshly made pancakes, waffles, and fresh fruit at breakfast.

During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the daily room cleaning and the comfortable beds. The location was also a major plus, with the hotel being within walking distance of the old town and the Saturday market. the pool was a great feature that provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the staff were not very helpful in assisting us with any arrangements or recommendations.

We stayed at a lovely hotel for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. the room was perfect for our family of 5 and the pool was beautiful. the staff was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. the entire hotel was spotless and cleaning service was provided daily. the location was great, with eateries nearby and the night market within a short walk. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to the various night markets. the daily stock of Oreo cookies for the kids and coffee for the parents was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Baan Sang Singh in Chiang Mai. The location was perfect, just outside of the old city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including a large refrigerator and air conditioning. The breakfast included a small buffet and made-to-order eggs, waffles, and pancakes. I also enjoyed spending time by the large pool, which was never crowded. The staff was helpful when needed, and the hotel offered good laundry service and scooter rental. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location.
