The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the hotel's location was perfect for us. It was conveniently situated near a mall, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. We had everything we needed within walking distance. One advantage we enjoyed was the awesome view from our room. It was great to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning.

There were only a few hand sanitizer stations, and they were not easily accessible throughout the hotel. Some of the staff we encountered seemed to have an attitude problem, which made our interactions less pleasant than we would have liked.

Nicole, who works in the breakfast lounge, made our mornings enjoyable with her charm and willingness to make my daughter fresh waffles. The housekeeping staff, especially the gentleman on the 2nd floor, greeted us with a friendly "Buenos dias" every time we crossed paths. The hotel's location next to a gigantic mall provided convenience and great city views from the dining hall. we had a memorable trip to Mexico, thanks to Fairfield Inn & Suites Vallejo and its wonderful staff.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with a gigantic mall nearby where you can find everything you need. The views of the city from the dining hall are also great, providing a wonderful backdrop for your meals. Additionally, the staff is superb and always welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast at the hotel leaves much to be desired. The sausage tastes more like a chicken frank, and the orange juice is watered down.

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of a very nice shopping mall, with lots of restaurants and shops to explore.

The free breakfast was excellent and the service from all the staff was outstanding. the location of the hotel was a big advantage, as it was surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. Additionally, having a shopping center right next to the hotel was very convenient for entertainment and dining options.

The parking situation at the hotel was not ideal. It was shared with a mall, making it difficult to find a parking spot at certain hours.
