We had a wonderful stay in a water view deluxe king room, enjoying the fantastic location right on the doorstep to Salamanca restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us great advice on local eateries. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We loved the old-world charm of the building, and the close proximity to Salamanca Market was a definite highlight. The continental breakfast provided was reasonable, although it could have been stocked a little better.

The menu for in-house dining was not extensive, but still offered good value.

We stayed in a family suite that had a separate room for us parents and a spacious main room. The location was excellent, just a short walk down to the Salamanca Market. The room had a pleasant decor and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel provided free tea and fresh milk, which was a nice touch.

The staff here are outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and helpful, making me feel welcome and valued. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi, were a bonus.

The coffee and bath products provided were complementary to the experience. the location was very central, making it easy to explore the city on foot and find everything we needed. the room was spacious and had a great view.

The price was a bit high for what was offered, and some additional amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided. we found the common areas lacking in atmosphere and could have used more decoration or background music to make them feel cozier.
