Pro: We had a fantastic stay at Venue Hotel. Mr Nguyen Trong Duy at the reception was excellent, providing great service with his good English skills. He even went the extra mile by coming to say goodbye to us at the station, even though he wasn't on duty when we checked out. The room was very comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the beach on both sides of the hotel. We also appreciated being allowed early check-in and enjoyed the spacious room and amazing shower. Most of the staff were friendly, and we were especially impressed by a young man who was fluent in multiple languages. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley, yet still centrally located near the beach. The beds were comfortable, and overall, Venue Hotel was an excellent choice for budget travelers.

Not one thing disappointed us during our stay at Venue Hotel. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who spoke excellent English. We were even upgraded to a beautiful sea view room, which was such a nice surprise. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a comfy bed and all the amenities we needed. We also loved the rooftop pool, it was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We highly recommend it to all travelers.

The receptionist spoke good English and was attentive. Room had beach view and was comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Upgraded room had a nice view and a great bathroom. Excellent service from Thao, Duy, and Trinh, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach, making it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, it is in close proximity to several restaurants, allowing us to easily access different dining options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great showers that provided a refreshing experience. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant overall.

The breakfast selection was not up to par, with limited choices, especially when it came to fruits.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Thao, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She helped me resolve a bus issue even after I had checked out. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the bar food was delicious and affordable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like construction noise next door and a small pool area, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a great experience at Venue Hotel.

The hotel we stayed at during Thanksgiving was a great value for the money. the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was also a plus – just seconds away from the beach and conveniently situated close to many attractions.

One issue we encountered was with the water heater, which seemed to have some trouble functioning properly. the room was quite small and didn't feel as spacious as we had hoped.
