Lovely refurbished property with a range of facilities including pool, games lounge, and fitness room. Continental breakfast available with nice presentation. Rooms well provided for with balconies, fridge, kettle, iron, and lovely large walk-in shower. Exceptional service from staff member Charlie. Gorgeous gardens and property, great for kids with plenty to do. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, as well as easy access to Sublime Point lookout. The hotel itself is nestled in beautiful extensive gardens that are meticulously kept. Our newly renovated room was clean, spacious, and had ample storage space. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were even surprised with an extra night for free as a gesture of goodwill. The continental breakfast included was delicious and a great way to start our day. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Blue Mountains.

Clean and well-appointed rooms with plenty of storage space. Beautifully maintained gardens provide a serene atmosphere to relax in. Convenient location with easy access to local attractions and sites.

The breakfast offered was lackluster, with a limited selection that didn't include any hot options. The parking spots were narrow, which made it a hassle to maneuver into and out of them.

The value for money at the hotel was exceptional, with clean and well-equipped rooms that provided everything we needed. The location was perfect, with beautiful gardens to explore and easy access to nearby attractions like the Fairmont Resort and Leura Golf club. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

The only improvement I would suggest for the breakfast is to include a selection of hot food items, as this would be a great addition to the already generous continental spread.
