We had an incredible stay at Pezula Nature Retreat. the location was simply fantastic, and we couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views. the rooms were not only clean and cosy, but they also had heaters and a lovely fireplace to keep us warm during our stay. the amenities provided, such as the luxurious robes and top-notch toiletries, were a delightful touch. the staff, particularly CK, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. the hotel even had a kids club, which was perfect for when the adults needed some time to relax at the spa. it was a perfect destination for a honeymoon or romantic getaway.

The location of the hotel was great, nestled in a secluded area close to the Golf Club. We loved being able to easily access Noetzie private beach, which was just beautiful. The breakfast area had a lovely ambiance and we enjoyed starting our day there at 10 am. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms was a major issue. We could hear every neighbor opening and closing their doors, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had the most amazing experience at a secluded retreat in Knysna. The room was pristine, with stunning decor and a comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed world-class food and the romance package made our evening unforgettable with rose petals, champagne, and chocolate-covered strawberries. The location and views were simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic and relaxing getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the complementary spa and gym were fantastic. the views from our room were stunning and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable during our entire stay.

There were some communication issues when we arrived, and our requests for additional amenities were not received. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time and would recommend the hotel for its beautiful location and friendly staff.
