Stayed at Rocklea for 4 nights, and it was amazing! The owners were brilliant, very helpful and welcoming. Great location just a short stroll from the main center. Room had everything I needed. Breakfast was wonderful, credit to the chef! Tony and Sue made our stay special, even surprising my husband with birthday decorations and cake. The hotel was clean and welcoming, with reserved parking at no extra cost. Definitely returning in the future!

The breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, close to the center and with convenient transportation options. Stayed at a lovely hotel in Blackpool, Sue and Tony were fantastic hosts! Made us feel like family. Clean and presentable exterior and entrance. the room was spacious, clean, and had a great en suite. We had a comfortable sleep on the cozy bed. Breakfast was relaxing with a choice of cereals and a delicious cooked breakfast. Sue and Tony were always available for any assistance. Convenient parking and a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the Promenade.

This hotel is perfectly located, close to all the attractions and amenities. We were able to easily access everything we wanted to see and do. The room was great, with a really good shower in the bathroom. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with generous portions that kept us satisfied all day.

The hotel was close to everything - attractions, amenities, and transportation. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The parking arrangements were convenient. The breakfast was superb, and the staff, Tony and Sue, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We hope to see them again soon.

Great location, close to amenities and within walking distance to shops and pubs. the breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. the owners were friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family.

The room we were given was quite small and cramped, not ideal for a family of four.

What struck me the most was the warm welcome from the owners, who made us feel right at home. the cozy atmosphere of the place was also a plus, making the stay feel more personal than in a big hotel. the breakfast was cooked to perfection, offering a great variety of options to choose from. What's more, the B&B is located in a convenient area, close to key attractions, shops and restaurants.

While overall the stay was a pleasant experience, there were a few minor issues that detracted from it. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and we were forced to wait around for a few hours before we could settle in.

From the moment we arrived at Rocklea, Sue and Tony greeted us with warmth and made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, the beds were amazingly cozy, and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. They even went above and beyond to cater to our fussy 4-year-old.
