My recent stay at a hotel in Blackpool was fantastic! the staff here were so welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. the room was cozy and clean with a perfect night's sleep guaranteed. the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options, from cereals to a full English. the location of the hotel was ideal, close to the waterfront and within easy reach of local transport. the view outside the hotel was refreshing, just what I needed to start my day. I couldn't find any faults with this hotel; everything was superb, from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the place.

If there was one thing I could suggest for improvement, it would be to enhance the shower pressure in some of the rooms. this small issue didn't take away from the overall great value for money that this hotel offers.

The hotel had such lovely decoration, with cozy communal areas where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. the accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy-to-navigate corridors and a comfortable lounge where I could chat with other guests. It felt welcoming and safe for someone like me who values a peaceful stay.

The children working there could improve by offering more assistance for senior guests with mobility issues.

Ivan, the staff member who greeted us, was so friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection was incredible, with a wide variety of options that even catered to special requests. the sea view from our room was breathtaking and made waking up a joy. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and they even provided a travel cot for our nephew. Parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for exploring Blackpool. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel was convenient for my business meetings and there were a few good restaurants nearby. The price was also very affordable for the area, which was a bonus. The room was clean upon arrival, which was a relief after a long journey.

The hotel was very dated and in need of some updates. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls were very thin - I could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. The breakfast selection was also limited and not very appetizing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful luxury holiday at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the buzzing North Pier and the beautiful seafront. Even though it was centrally located, the hotel itself was nestled in a quiet area, providing a peaceful retreat. The room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely white bed linen and towels. The service was outstanding, with the hosts going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast selection was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options. I also loved the stunning view from my room, a true treat for the eyes. a truly fantastic experience!

We had a wide variety of options to choose from and they even allowed us to add additional items if we wanted. Another advantage was the clean and fresh rooms, with comfortable bedding. It made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The location. It was quite a distance away from the main attractions and the city center.
