The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom and skylight for stargazing at night. We also loved the motel's picturesque location, surrounded by stunning mountain views. we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at Lookout Mountain Retreat.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the mountains, offering great value for money. The well-kept grounds and beautiful gardens create a serene atmosphere that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The attentive staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the kitchenette and lovely views, add a touch of convenience and comfort. Plus, having breakfast included is a fantastic bonus.

No improvements necessary, everything was just right.

Stayed here during New Year. the hotel is located in an amazing area, surrounded by greenery and stunning vistas. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the modern facilities and complimentary coffee. the staff were very hospitable and accommodating in ensuring that we had an enjoyable stay.

The dining options were limited and not available during all hours. We had to travel to nearby towns for dinner, which was inconvenient as the options were limited.

The location of this retreat is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in a beautiful area with stunning views of the coast. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the nearby Dorrigo rainforest center. The new patio dining areas offer the perfect spot to enjoy a meal while taking in the magnificent scenery.

The reception staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills.

Located in beautiful surroundings with well-kept gardens atop a mountain, it provides a serene and tranquil setting. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are equipped with three single beds and a cozy fireplace, perfect for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the comfortable chairs both in the room and the bathroom. Additionally, having breakfast included was a convenient and enjoyable perk.
