The spacious suite was a welcome retreat, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The central location and friendly staff enhanced the experience. Despite the broken sofa bed and management's lack of empathy, the strong water pressure in the shower and green vouchers added some positives to an otherwise disappointing stay at Rydges.

Received an unexpected free upgrade to a spacious one-bedroom apartment for my wedding preparations. Good location near hair salon and wedding venue. During our recent stay at Rydges, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding buffet breakfast. The spread of food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The size of the rooms was also impressive, providing ample space for a comfortable stay.

The room was ready when I arrived, and check-in was hassle-free. the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. the amenities were satisfactory, and the food was great.

The carpets looked old and stained, and the furnishings could do with an update. the arcade area had an unpleasant smell.

The location of the hotel is great, with many eateries and bars in the city center. There is a bar downstairs with live music, providing a lively atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and equipped with useful facilities such as a washing machine and dryer.

The attention to detail could be improved, as there were issues with resetting the bedside clock and the key card needing to be recoded.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the sitting area and dining table, perfect for relaxing or having a meal. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi also added to my enjoyment. The on-site restaurant was excellent, offering a delicious breakfast and a wide range of dining options. I also appreciated the fitness centre and indoor swimming pool, great for staying active during my stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
