Warm service, comfortable hotel, excellent value, great location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast buffet.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Located in the heart of town, this hotel offers easy access to the spa area and is surrounded by a large park. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with helpful staff and a good breakfast selection. The hotel also has a wellness area for relaxation and pure pleasure.

The staff could improve their hospitality by being more attentive to guests' needs and showing more interest.

Great location with beautiful views of the gardens from the spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with freshly pressed orange juice and egg dishes made to order. It was convenient to be able to park our car in the hotel's car park.

The dinner selection was disappointing, with a lack of variety. The Wi-Fi was not complimentary, and we had to pay for it.

I recently had an unforgettable experience at a luxurious 5, star hotel in a beautiful park. the staff were amazing, offering unparalleled service throughout my stay. the spa and wellness centre was fantastic, and the indoor swimming pool was heated and perfect for relaxation. the sauna, massage, and Turkish bath were all amazing, and the sun terrace and garden area were both top, notch.

While the in, room breakfast was excellent and the bar/lounge area provided delicious snacks, the restaurant could have been better.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bad Pyrmont and had an amazing time. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the station and my room was already prepared with the heating and TV turned on. They even gave me a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. The hotel had a large indoor swimming pool, whirlpools, and a spa with steam rooms and saunas. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh omelettes and a variety of options. The location was great, with the main shopping street right in front of the hotel and a beautiful Kurpark at the back. I had a delightful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
