Amazing location, beautiful rooms, great staff, delicious breakfast, spacious bathroom.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is in a prime location, very close to everything. We loved being alongside the water with stunning views. The room was luxurious and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was seriously amazing, and the complementary valet parking was a helpful touch. The hotel is also filled with interesting history and beautiful artwork, making it like staying in a gallery.

The rooms could use more lighting, as they were quite dark at times.

The lighting in the bathroom for doing makeup is poor, and the lack of heating in the bathroom can make showering a bit chilly.

Loved the rich history of this beautiful hotel and its waterfront location. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great amenities. The valet parking was a nice touch. My stay at this hotel was incredible! The luxurious amenities were above and beyond my expectations. The spacious and elegant rooms were a perfect fit for my belongings. The service provided by the staff was impeccable and the food was exceptionally delicious. The bar/lounge area was sophisticated and the perfect place to unwind. Additionally, the private facilities made my stay even more exclusive and elevated.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was with the air-conditioning, which turned off during the night and woke me up due to the stuffy room. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not overshadow the luxurious and exquisite experience this hotel offered.

The room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was super comfy with soft sheets and pillows that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The waterfront view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to everything. I especially enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the impeccable service from the staff, who even surprised us with a thoughtful card and chocolates for our anniversary.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay, like a squeaky chair and a loud fridge motor that kept me up at night. the mini bar wasn't restocked, and there was a surcharge for room service orders.

The bathroom lighting was not ideal for makeup application. the customer service over the phone was not as impressive as the face-to-face interactions.
