I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comforting after a tiring day of travel. The hotel facilities were great, with a little kiosk where I could buy snacks and drinks, and a Starbucks coffee bar with delicious made-to-order food. The toiletries provided were excellent, and the hotel had a fresh and updated decor in the lobby. The staff were very courteous and professional, something that is not always common in other places. The location of this hotel is ideal, very close to the airport and the flight path of incoming jets. It is also conveniently located near the TRIMET light rail system, making it easy to travel around the Portland area and beyond.

Best stay ever! We spent Easter here and were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming staff and clean, spacious room. We loved the complementary breakfast and fast WiFi, plus the shuttle to and from the airport made our trip stress-free. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Worst problem was the noise from the street, but we were still able to sleep soundly on the comfortable beds. the sofa bed was unmade and the rollaway bed was not up to par, but the housekeeping staff was quick to help and change the bedding.

Great Value: During a busy weekend with high hotel rates in the city center, staying at an airport property was a smart choice. the rates were almost half the price, plus free parking. Spacious and Clean: As Gold elite members, we were upgraded to a King size suite. It was one of the largest Courtyard properties we've stayed at and the room was clean and well-maintained. Quiet Room: Our room was located at the end of the hallway, ensuring a peaceful stay with no foot traffic. It was also great that the hotel had a computer and printer for printing boarding passes.

Shuttle Service: the airport shuttle service was not efficient. At times, the driver would make eye contact and then drive away without stopping.
