The location and view were lovely with great access to restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was inviting and heated, perfect for adventure travelers.

Located by the marina, it is easy to catch a trip to Fraser Island and the waterfront access walkway is close to coffee shops. The boats docked at the marina make it lovely to walk about. The apartments are spacious and great for families, some have a washing machine. The pool is beautiful and a lovely area to relax.

The noise from the area can be a disturbance at night.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the shopping centre carpark, making it convenient for me to go on tours from the nearby harbor. The staff were very helpful in giving me directions to local restaurants and Fraser Tours. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from my window was stunning. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. it was a fantastic stay.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the lounge and cushions, which had a sticky feel and smelled like sweat.

I stayed here and I must say, this place is located in a fantastic spot on the marina which was great. I really appreciated the welcome drink and the tour assistance was top-notch. The amenities in the room were perfect, from the ironing facilities to the tea and coffee maker. I loved the balcony and the garden furniture, it made for a relaxing stay. Also, I must commend the staff for their service, they were always accommodating and friendly.

I highly recommend this venue to everyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a great time during my city break! the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. the pool area was a pleasant place to hang out and we enjoyed the small sauna. Best of all, we felt genuinely welcome and appreciated with the friendly and hospitable staff.

The lack of onsite restaurant and bar wasn't convenient, and the neighboring options were overpriced. there was no mini bar in the room which was a bit of let down.
