The staff at this hotel were all lovely and super helpful. They didn't even tell us what floor we were on, but they were very courteous, professional, and friendly. the views from the 26th floor were spectacular. the location is excellent, just across the road from Pacific Fair and plenty of places to dine out. the indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and BBQ facilities were included, making it perfect for the different activities everyone wanted to do. Parking is a bit hard with a bigger car but manageable.

One thing that could be improved is having better blinds in the apartment to keep the sun out. the cleanliness and maintenance could be better, especially with regards to leftover items from previous guests.

The dining options around Mantra are spot on, with Saffron Indian Gourmet, Hanasaki Teppanyaki, and Kamikaze Teppanyaki within a stone's throw—bloody ripper! the aroma of home-baked bread at Crema Espresso Pacific Fair is next level. the spacious apartments and lovely staff are fair dinkum winners.

Despite a few hiccups with check-in, the rude reception staff, and stained sheets, the Gold Coast charm still shines through. With the beach a short stroll away, the location truly saves the day.

The database had a user-friendly interface and a wide range of search options which made finding information quick and easy. the room on the 20th floor offered breathtaking views and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable - the room was sprayed and linen changed daily.

That the WiFi signal in the apartment was a bit weak at times, making it difficult to work efficiently from my laptop.

the slow elevators and resident noise complaints were a downside, but the lovely staff, great location, and spacious apartment made up for it. the pool and convenient proximity to attractions were a bonus.

the room was spacious and clean. conveniently located near the train station, mall, and beach. bonus takeaways below. loved the kitchenette, laundry, and complimentary car park. helpful service, with bathroom necessities provided.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to shopping centers and easy access to public transportation. We had a great time exploring the shopping malls and wet areas nearby. The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway, including a lovely room with a beautiful view.

The service left much to be desired.

What a show! I didn't plan to watch a real-life Christmas light show—250,000 lightning strikes lighting up the night sky. From my room, I felt like I was front row at a dazzling concert. the Mantra elf even left a surprise for me! A few kitchen hiccups, but the incredible lightning storm stole the spotlight. With a bit of creativity, I whipped up a memorable vacation. Time to surf those lightning waves! Cheers, a budding chef from down under.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and Pacific Fair shopping center. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. Despite a minor delay in the room preparation, the staff were helpful and quickly found us an alternative room. We appreciated the security measures in place, ensuring a safe environment during our stay. The pool area and gym facilities were also a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and good value.
