The room at Landmark Resort in Mooloolaba was refurbished, with a nice little balcony offering a sea view. It's centrally located yet quiet. the easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants was convenient. the spa and pools weren't up to par, and some areas needed updating. the ocean view from the 10th-floor studio apartment was delightful, and being in close proximity to attractions like Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club and Mooloolaba Beach made family bonding moments unforgettable.

Despite some minor issues during our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be excellent. We were able to easily access the beach, cafes, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the rooftop spa and BBQ with breathtaking views. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained. While the bed was not ideal, we still managed to get a decent night's sleep. we recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at a spacious and clean unit at a great location. the kitchen utilities were good, and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the huge balcony, even though it overlooked the back of shops. the apartment was close to all amenities and restaurants, and the staff at the front office were great. We would definitely stay again.

I loved how close this place was to the beach! It was just across the road! The staff were really helpful and arranged for a car to pick me up from the airport. The room had everything I needed, including a comfy bed and a great shower. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was so refreshing on a hot day.

Great location with easy access to the beach, local cafes and restaurants. Room had all necessary amenities and a nice balcony area. Staff provided a high chair for our child promptly upon request. Parking onsite was very convenient. Pool and outdoor spa were clean and well maintained.

The hotel is ideally located steps from the ocean and all amenities, making it perfect for exploring the area with ease. Rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious, with stunning sea views. The hotel facilities such as the pool and foyer were also impressive.

There were some issues with early check-in and a few minor maintenance issues that could have been addressed more promptly.

Complementary chocolates and sparkling wine were amazing surprises. Key location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony.

Room was small for a romantic escape. Housekeeping only serviced the room on day 8, and they didn't replenish the supplies.
