Our stay was amazing! The breakfast served was super good and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. They helped us make the necessary arrangements to make our elderly mum feel comfortable during our stay. We also enjoyed the excellent kitchen and laundry facilities in our unit. The beds were comfortable and the room was really clean. The hotel's location was perfect, it was near to everything that we wanted to see and do.

There was a bit of a wait when we arrived at the hotel to check-in as there was only one receptionist available at the time. , the parking was a bit tricky as the garage door had to be opened by getting out of the car and the parking spaces were quite tight.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was amazing, situated just behind the main strip of Southbank. We loved being within a 2-minute walk of the Arts Centre and being in the center of everything Melbourne has to offer. The service was top-notch, from the extra accommodating staff at the reception desk to the friendly and helpful restaurant team leader. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and our stay was comfortable.
