The value for money at this hotel was amazing, and our room was simply excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was convenient, with many good food establishments nearby.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The hotel is also within walking distance to the art district. Rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds.

Service was lacking, especially when ordering room service. the food arrived cold and oily, and it took over an hour to receive two simple pasta dishes.

Convenient location near metro station and shopping mall. Spacious room with large windows and nice bath. English-speaking staff, helpful and friendly. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Unwind at the bar and catch up with friends.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist us. The restaurant had delicious food, especially the eggs Benedict which was the best I've had in a long time. The room was amazing, with a beautiful, giant all-glass window that provided an incredible view of the city. It was also well stocked with amenities, drinks, and snacks. Plus, being connected to the beautiful Mark shopping mall was a bonus. Lastly, the option of free bike rentals was a nice touch, and the prices were fair.

Additionally, the rooms were beautifully appointed and had a serene and relaxing atmosphere. the comfortable bed ensured a peaceful night's sleep in the midst of a bustling city.

The breakfast spread was decent, but the taste and quality of the food did not impress me. the service at the restaurant was a bit slow, as it took them ten minutes to bring a cup of tea.

We had a fantastic stay at East! The concierge team went above and beyond to get us a car last minute to visit the Great Wall. The executive lounge provided exceptional service and a delicious breakfast. The corner room had amazing views and luxurious amenities. I highly recommend this hotel!

The brunch at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide selection of food and unlimited wine and beer. the staff, especially Sunny, were exceptional, providing great service throughout our meal. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. We found hairs and even food debris in our room, which was a major turn-off.

Light room with floor to ceiling windows, great breakfast options, considerate staff, upgraded room due to delay, lovely quiet executive lounge.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a weekend getaway with my partner. The room was excellent and the bed was heavenly. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, adding to the premium feel of the hotel. The large shower and the nice swimming pool were a bonus, as was the large fitness center. The bar and relaxing area with live concerts and TV made our evenings enjoyable.
