The staff were amazing! They were super friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The property was also very clean, which was great to see. The location was perfect too, situated close to where I needed to be during my city trip. Another thing I loved was the delicious food – both room service and breakfast were fantastic.

I had 2 rooms booked and when I asked for a room with a nice view, I was pleasantly surprised to be given 1 room with a beautiful view. The buffet breakfast was average, but they did have delicious toasted bread and plenty of orange juice. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, being next to a shopping plaza and just a short walk to pubs. The free undercover parking and reliable WiFi were also great perks. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was just perfect, as it was close to all the attractions in the area. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the town center, restaurants, and cafes within minutes. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as they provided a peaceful and quiet environment for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious in-room breakfast, which was a great start to our day.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything in town. We were able to easily explore Traralgon and enjoy the nearby night club and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big cozy bed. The staff were friendly and provided quick room service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
