Helpful staff, refunded a night when we left early. Ground level flat, warm and comfy with a quiet bedroom. Great location for the marathon, secure carpark. Fully equipped kitchenette and a super comfy bed. Allowed late check-out after the run. Would stay again.

Customer service at its best, fantastic self-contained rooms and great location! the staff went above and beyond, providing extra bedding for my family without being asked. Appreciated the attention to detail, and help with luggage and taxis. the location was convenient, close to public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets. the room was spacious, clean and had all the luxuries of home such as complimentary toiletries, and a dishwasher.

Would have appreciated more storage space for clothes, however, this was a minor concern among the many great aspects of the hotel.

The car park was spacious, friendly and professional staff, easy key collection, clean and comfortable bathroom, family-friendly facilities, convenient location.
