Well-designed hotel with excellent facilities including a kitchen on each floor, microwaves, ice machines, and vending machines. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean with a fridge. Friendly and professional staff. Beautiful surroundings and ample parking. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the restaurant, with just a short walk from the main building. The bistro where they serve breakfast is also within easy reach, making it convenient to start the day with a delicious meal. guests can enjoy the family "feeding" area, allowing them to observe wildlife up close.

Some guests reported that the rooms were not properly cleaned, with hairs found in the shower, bath, and on the bed.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hex Wildlife Hotel! the rooms were fabulous and the facilities were top-notch. the staff were incredibly helpful and made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. We also loved the breakfast, which had a great variety of options and was definitely worth the money. the best part was the stunning view of the park from our room, thanks to the hotel's unique hexagonal design. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, although the cot bed could have been more comfortable.

The hotel had advanced TV tech for streaming and mirroring personal devices. The complex seamlessly blended with the existing Yorkshire Wildlife Park, giving a new and modern feel.

I recently stayed at Hex Wildlife Hotel for a weekend getaway with my family. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. My little boy absolutely loved the bunk beds in our spacious room. We were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of biscuits and drinks available, including hot chocolate which was a big hit for me. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with the wildlife park and other facilities right on our doorstep. a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

As young holiday goers, we loved the modern and clean facilities at Hex Wildlife Hotel. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the luxurious touches. The temperature-controlled rooms were great and we even had our own Netflix account to enjoy in the evenings. Being able to see the sea lions from the window was a unique experience. The little communal kitchen and ice machine were also handy additions.

The rooms were nicely decorated and had good facilities. We stayed in the king rooms and were impressed with the tea making facilities, which included actual milk instead of those horrible toxic waste cartons. And having a microwave and ice dispenser on both floors was convenient.

The long walk from the car park to the reception, especially when lugging heavy luggage. And once you've checked in, there's another fair walk to get to the actual hotel.

Finding our way around the hotel was quite challenging as the signage was lacking. The car park was a bit of a distance from the hotel, which made it difficult when carrying heavy luggage.
