I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Mercure. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was modern and refreshing. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh bread and delicious pastries. Despite the ongoing refurbishment, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The ongoing construction work in some areas of the hotel was off-putting and the outdated decor in certain parts needed improvement. the breakfast offerings were quite expensive compared to other places, even though the selection was impressive.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Arras, and I must say, the location was excellent. The room itself was comfortable, and the reception and bar staff were pleasant. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast! It was a feast fit for kings and queens, with an amazing array of options that included cereals, fruit, yogurt, different types of bread. The breakfast staff were also attentive and friendly. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it for its location and delicious breakfast.

I stayed at Mercure in Arras for an overnight stay on my way back to Calais. The hotel was a well-oiled Accor machine, leaving nothing to the imagination. The recently refurbished bedroom suite was clean and functional, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed shower room. The breakfast offered a plentiful choice, blending continental and English options. The hotel also had secure underground parking with CCTV and piped music, which was a bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom was also very modern. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, making it easy to access the town center and the Grande Place. The breakfast offered a wide choice of options and was served between 7:00 and 9:30 a.m. The staff at the hotel were great, really cheerful, and took excellent care of me. Additionally, the underground parking was very convenient and accessible through the hotel lobby.
