the stunning waterfalls and freshwater pool made for a truly memorable vacation experience. the visit to the spa was incredibly relaxing, with a variety of indulgent treatments available. The recreational amenities like the outdoor pool, spa tub, and fitness center were fantastic for unwinding after a day of work. Cons: Outdated furnishings in Vacation Club rooms and surprise security deposit.

My kids weren't fans of the sofa bed, but who can blame them? Luxury is a big deal for us! We enjoyed crisp mornings by the freshwater pool, got some culture at the local eateries, and savored a facial at Ruby Spa. My son got caught up in the moment and tried snorkeling—let's just say, watching him was more exciting than the tropical fish. the hotel was my gym hangout back in the day, so revisiting felt like home.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel with great pool facilities and comfortable beds. the room had fantastic facilities for preparing your own breakfast and the staff's attention was excellent. the location was also convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. it was a nice place to stay if you are visiting the area.

the check-in and checkout times were inconvenient and the pool beds were often reserved by guests who were not even present. We hope the hotel management can improve these aspects to provide a better experience for future guests.

The kids enjoyed the versatile Kids' Club, while the whole family loved the themed movie nights by the pool. the staff went above and beyond to make our family vacation memorable.

My wife says that having a designated family-friendly restaurant with a wider range of affordable kids' meal options would be ideal.
