Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, delicious local food, convenient location near bus stop and forest for walking, quick drive to shopping center. Renovations ongoing but not disruptive, inconvenient in rain. Prompt room change for strange smell. Bigger and better pool than expected. Helpful staff, exceptional breakfast, top-notch restaurant. Excellent location and service. Nice spa center with saunas and swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff make you feel like a VIP. Will definitely return and highly recommend. Impressive restaurant, ready for Michelin star.

Located in a quiet residential area, this hotel is a convenient base for exploring the city, with regular buses down to the city center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. The buffet breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing Xmas stay, great breakfast and spa treatments. the room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the window. the hotel was located in a peaceful environment, with easy access to nearby shopping areas and the port. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with prompt service and recommendations.

This did not significantly impact our overall experience, which was delightful.
