I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The staff were outstanding, always ready to assist with our every need. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the restaurant meal was good. I especially loved the little extras in the mini bar and the complimentary bathrobe. This hotel has become our go-to choice for date-night weekends. Thank you!

I recently stayed at a fantastic stylish hotel in the middle of all it has to offer. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Hand sanitiser was readily available, which was a nice touch. The staff were exceptional and the location was perfect, with a great view of the bustling mall and beautiful hills. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The small gym was a plus, and room service was quick and efficient, although slightly pricey. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel boasts easy access to dining options and shopping just across the road from the Mall. Despite the central location, the rooms are extremely quiet. Some rooms may not provide a view, but the comfortable bed and well-equipped minibar compensate for it.

The hotel management may seem to enforce different dress codes for different types of guests, which can create a negative experience.

Great location for nightlife and shopping, with convenient car park option. Soundproofed rooms with comfortable beds and complimentary breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, as well as excellent gym facilities. Rooftop bar with delicious cocktails and an impressive Mayflower restaurant to top it all off.

My recent stay at Mayfair was excellent! I loved the location, it was so central to everything. The interior and fittings were impressive. I was pleasantly surprised when I received complimentary items in the mini-bar. The staff were all helpful and very well presented. I had a great experience and would recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the Concierge guys. Housekeeping was of a very high standard. Convenient location for Rundall St shopping and tram service. Great bar and restaurant. Beautiful Sandstone building with Edwardian and Victorian type, modern fitout. Bathrooms are very nice, with proper cupboard space. Free in-room snacks and drinks.

The complementary drink on arrival was a nice touch, and the rooftop bar had amazing views over the city. The hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it very easy to explore the area. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The buffet breakfast was quite pricey and didn't have many options, and the staff couldn't keep up with the demand. There was also quite a bit of noise from the surrounding area at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and convenient location make this hotel a great choice. From the modern and comfortable rooms to the complimentary minibar, this hotel truly delivers a luxurious experience. The staff were efficient and friendly, allowing me to check-in early and making me feel valued throughout my stay. The location is also a plus, with the light rail outside the door and most attractions within walking distance.

Although my stay was amazing overall, there was one minor issue with the bathroom. The seal on the plug was faulty, causing it to drain slower than it filled.

Adequate bathroom with lovely toiletries. Daily room service with fresh towels. Turn down service and daily supplies of fruit, water, and mini bar. Nice extras like bathrobe, slippers, and daily newspaper. Complimentary drinks at rooftop bar. Attentive staff.
