The hotel had excellent facilities including a clean gym and a beautiful swimming pool. The location was ideal, with plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment in the surrounding streets. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the doorman.

I recently stayed at a convenient hotel in Bangkok, just a stone's throw away from the embassy area. The location was perfect for my business trip. The room was spacious and had a large fridge for my drinks, as well as a washer/dryer for my laundry needs. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was excellent and the breakfast options were satisfactory. I also enjoyed the view from my balcony. The hotel had a gym and a pool, which added to the overall experience.

The gym could have been updated and the reception staff could have been more polite.

I recently stayed at Somerset Park Suanplu and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and washing machine. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's birthday special. Housekeeping decorated the room, the kitchen prepared a cake, and a representative from another department came to wish him a happy birthday. The service package offered was complete, and they even arranged for a nurse to come to my room for an RT-PCR test. The location was quiet but still accessible, with nearby cafes and banks. a great place to stay in Bangkok.

My family and I recently stayed at Somerset in Bangkok for 3 weeks. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of freshly made dishes. The bed was extremely comfortable with adjustable pillow firmness. The water pressure in the bath was perfect and the WiFi allowed us to work remotely with ease. We also loved the peacefulness of the apartment and the well-kept garden.

I had an amazing experience at the Somerset Hotel in Bangkok! The staff was extremely helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, making me feel right at home instead of cramped in a hotel. I loved the convenience of having a DVD player in the living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The room service and staff at the Heavenly Massage spa were also top-notch. The free tuk-tuk shuttle to the BTS station was a great perk for exploring the city easily. I cannot recommend Somerset enough for a truly memorable stay in Bangkok.

We stayed at Somerset Park Suanplu for our family vacation. The room was fully furnished and incredibly spacious, providing everything we needed at an affordable price. The hotel also had a fantastic pool for children, perfect for some fun and relaxation. Additionally, the three-bedroom suite was ideal for families and friends to gather, with separate bedrooms and a spacious living room. The hotel's cleanliness, comfortable environment, and stunning views from the 27th floor made our stay truly enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, huge fridge, and stoves. Lastly, the free shuttle to Sala Daeng BTS station was a great added bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at Somerset! The hotel facilities were great, and our executive apartment was spacious and comfortable. We loved being able to do our laundry with the washer/dryer in the apartment. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with the language barrier. They always made sure to find someone who spoke English to assist us. The location was convenient and the concierge staff were exceptional in helping us get taxis. The views from our balcony on the 23rd floor were stunning, and our son enjoyed the swimming pool on the 5th floor. a wonderful experience!
