We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were also impressed with the convenient parking options available. The hotel's location in the downtown core was perfect, right next to an LTR station and close to bus stops. We were also thrilled to find that Commercial Place mall was within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially during the brunch where they accommodated our allergies and ensured that our family could be together throughout the weekend.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the attentive staff in the dining room, who made our romantic anniversary dinner extra special by treating us to complimentary champagne and dessert.

We were disappointed with the soundproofing of the doors in our room. We could hear people talking and walking in the hallways during the night, which disrupted our sleep and made it difficult to fully relax.

I recently stayed at Fairmont in Edmonton for a family vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious. They were very accommodating to my children, providing a crib and a welcome bag of toys upon check-in. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The view was great and the service was excellent. The in-room breakfast was delicious and more affordable than the buffet. The valet staff were kind and efficient, and the replacement room I was given was fantastic.

The ballroom was a must-see, with exquisite chandeliers and a restored ceiling. The bed in our room was the most comfortable and plush bed we have ever experienced while traveling. this place provided excellent service and a luxurious experience.

There was some discomfort in the pool area due to the high humidity and heat. But that didn't detract from the overall enjoyable stay we had at this hotel.

We took advantage of the last-minute 30% off deal and were upgraded to the luxurious 7th floor, also known as the gold floor. The breakfast and drink vouchers provided a delightful start to our day, and the personalized dessert with "Happy Anniversary" written on it was a lovely touch. The couples massage at the spa was the highlight of our stay, complete with champagne and dessert to celebrate our special day. We can't wait to return for another special occasion. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a memorable experience.
