The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The checkout time of 11am allowed for a relaxed morning. The hotel had beautiful grounds and facilities in top condition. The staff, especially the waiting staff and housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants in the surrounding area.

The pools were great and staff helpful, offering advice on the best places to park on Anzac Day. The rooms were comfortable and the buffet breakfast exceeded expectations. I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay by the beach was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, as we were in close proximity to all the attractions and activities we had planned. We particularly enjoyed hearing the sound of birds by the river, a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amazing water pressure in the shower. We appreciated the complimentary parking that felt very safe and the quiet surroundings.

We did encounter a bit of a delay during check-in, which was not ideal after a long journey.

We had an amazing stay here! The lush tropical garden surrounding this place was a sight for sore eyes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from room service to tours/ticket assistance, and the room had all the amenities that we needed. The spa and wellness center was a great place to relax with a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and massage services. We also enjoyed the poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area, and dining restaurant with special diet menus. The location here is also great, with easy access to the golf course, Metricon stadium, and shuttle service to local attractions.

As older guests, we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and tranquil ambiance of the resort. The housekeeping staff excelled in keeping our room spotless every day, making it feel fresh and rejuvenating. The view from our room was worth every penny and provided a serene backdrop for our stay. The comfortable bed and clean rooms added to our overall satisfaction. The buffet had an excellent variety of options and the golf course view enhanced our dining experience. The well-maintained grounds were also a highlight, and my son loved seeing the bearded dragons sunning themselves on the rocks. Additionally, the proximity to Carrara Indoor Sports Centre was an added convenience that we appreciated.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and impressive facilities that included a well-stocked tea and coffee station. the location was fantastic, offering a peaceful and quiet environment, making it ideal for those wanting to stay away from the bustling businesses of the city. the amenities were also lovely, though we didn't use them.

The temperature in the room was set at 18 degrees and could not be adjusted, making it too cold for our 1-year-old daughter. As a result, she had to sleep with us, and we used all the blankets available to keep warm.

I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure resort! The pool and gym were great, and I loved playing outdoor chess. The breakfast was delicious and the view of the palm trees and pool was lovely. The nearby golf course was a bonus too!
