The late checkout option was incredibly helpful, especially since I wasn't feeling well and needed to wait for a late bus. Plus, being able to enjoy drinks by the pool was a great touch. The hotel had a great little restaurant nearby on Primera Avenida Nte, where I enjoyed delicious meals. The swimming pool and spa were enjoyable facilities.

The pool was a real highlight, and we got to see beautiful Scarlet Macaws and Parrots daily, along with other fascinating bird species. Our 12-year-old had a blast playing with the friendly cats that hung around. It truly felt like our own little oasis in the subtropics. The value for the money was excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the Palenque ruins and the city was perfect for exploring.
