I had a fantastic stay at Mercure in Jakarta! The room was spacious with a lovely view, and the staff treated me with great kindness and politeness. The location was convenient, with museums and the old town within walking distance.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety.

I recently stayed at a hotel in central Jakarta, and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to the airport and the museums in Kota Tua. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice vintage ambiance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a nice selection of Indonesian and international foods. it was a pleasant stay with convenient amenities and a central location.

The hot water in the shower was difficult to adjust, making it either very hot or cold.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful modern vintage decor and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The bar served great drinks and the buffet offered delicious food. Despite a few inconveniences, such as the cold temperatures in the rooms and a smoky smell, the location was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. we would recommend this hotel.

Staying here was such a pleasant experience! I loved the location, it was near the old center and there was a busy street right next to it. The service was great, with room service, dry cleaning and housekeeping all available. The room amenities such as ironing facilities and air conditioning were top-notch and made my stay much more comfortable. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided.

I recently stayed at Mercure in the historic part of Kota Tua for 2 days. The hotel's newly renovated decor was bright and inviting, with an upbeat vibe. The Privilage Room was excellent, offering a spacious layout and all the necessary amenities. The staff, particularly Dezi and Novi, went above and beyond to ensure my stay exceeded expectations. The front desk was efficient and even provided an early room check-in, allowing me a few extra hours of rest. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the historic area of Batavia. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Staff were helpful, especially Ana. Gym and showers were good, coffee was a nice touch. Breakfast had variety and no issues with finding food. Location not great for exploring, but I felt safe as a solo traveler.

The hotel has recently been renovated, so the facilities look brand new and modern. Its location is fantastic, as it is right next to the Old Town area which can be easily reached by walking. They offer spa services with great value, and guests have the option to choose between having their treatment in their room or in the dedicated treatment room. It would be even better if they also served drinks during the spa treatments.
