I always return here because the staff is friendly and once helped me with bug spray. the place has everything I need, including wi-fi, a pool, and a restaurant. I love it and can’t wait for my next trip!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the clean and spacious guestroom that offered a fantastic view of the well-maintained pool area, which was heavily used throughout the day. the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially in the restaurant where dinner was delicious.

Nothing to improve upon.

Staying at the Mercure Kakadu Crocodile was a treat! the spacious ground-floor room felt inviting, with a cozy air conditioning, sweet little tea and coffee options, and a minibar that came in handy. Being close to the pool made lounging and taking dips super easy. Watching the lightning storm from the terrace was absolutely magical!

The bathrooms definitely need some updates; it might not be great for older guests.

The large pool was the perfect spot to cool off after exploring the wonders around. I devoured crocodile spring rolls at dinner while our daughter enjoyed an Easter egg hunt. the check-in was a bit of a waiting game, but once in, the spacious room and central courtyard were nice. the restaurant's limited menu was a little surprising, but the buffet saved dinner. I guess Kakadu’s wildlife was more exciting than the Wi-Fi, which was on vacation.

What a delightful place! Perfectly located for exploring nature’s best, though it seems the décor hasn’t seen an update since the Stone Age. I guess the giant crocodile shape was meant to intimidate room service away!

I chose this hotel for attending a summit, and I was pleased with the versatile event space that accommodated our business and social events effectively.

Great Staff but Lacking Cleanliness and Dining Options

while the staff were friendly and professional, the cleanliness of the room and the poor state of the dining options left much to be desired. the buffet was overpriced with limited choices, and the room could use a thorough refresh. while the location is advantageous, improvements need to be made in terms of hygiene and food quality.

the spacious guestroom was a delight, featuring comfortable beds and efficient air-conditioning, which was much appreciated in the heat. the pool area offered a perfect retreat after a day of adventures, and the local artwork displayed added a unique touch. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the food at the on-site diner was both delicious and reasonably priced.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As women travelling alone, we found the hotel comfortable with excellent reception and restaurant facilities.

the external sliding glass doors leading to the inner courtyard provided a spacious and inviting atmosphere. the unique design of the hotel, with doors opening externally, added a refreshing touch that enhanced my overall experience.

I did notice some fluff and dust accumulated when the bed light was turned on, which could be a minor cleanliness issue.

upon check-in, our first room was unmade and had a 'still dreaming' tag. there were issues with staff training which slowed down our check-in process.
