The beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a great shower. Loved the convenience of the café right by reception for quick snacks, plus the charging spots for phones were a smart idea. the only slight bummer was the check-in lady's lack of warmth, but overall, the stay was pleasurable and hassle-free. 💫

Mercure in Penrith had me at the mouthwatering Manchego ratatouille! the friendly staff and spotless facilities were top-notch. Easy access to nearby gems like the Ming and Harry's Cafe de Wheels sweetened the deal.

Lack of guidance on shower temperatures was a head-scratcher. even with a few hiccups, the staff's quick fixes and apologetic nature saved the stay.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for visiting the nearby Panthers Penrith event, and everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a comfy seating area and a patio with garden furniture. The staff were super attentive and helpful throughout our stay, offering us great room service and welcoming us with a refreshing drink upon arrival. We also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and relaxing garden area.

The staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was efficient. The view overlooking the pool area was lovely. We enjoyed a peaceful sleep and appreciated the security in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus. It is so close to everything, making it convenient for backpackers like us. We could easily walk to the Aqua golf or catch a game at the football stadium across the street. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The noise level in the hotel. Being in a busy location, it can get quite noisy, especially if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper.

The staff could use some extra training in communication and professionalism. some of the facilities could use some maintenance, such as the elevators and hallways, which seemed a bit worn down.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The front end staff at Mercure were very friendly and happy, which was wonderful to be greeted with. The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset. There was a big shopping center nearby and a great walking track with a breakfast stop. The room itself was comfortable and recently renovated. The reception staff were fantastic, both at check-in and checkout. highly recommended!
