We loved staying here! The location was perfect for visiting the nearby Panthers Penrith event, and everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a comfy seating area and a patio with garden furniture. The staff were super attentive and helpful throughout our stay, offering us great room service and welcoming us with a refreshing drink upon arrival. We also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and relaxing garden area.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern and clean hotel. The room was well equipped and had a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was efficient. The view overlooking the pool area was lovely. We enjoyed a peaceful sleep and appreciated the security in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus. It is so close to everything, making it convenient for backpackers like us. We could easily walk to the Aqua golf or catch a game at the football stadium across the street. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The noise level in the hotel. Being in a busy location, it can get quite noisy, especially if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper.

The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. The gym was well equipped and a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. The hotel was in a convenient location for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The check-in process was slow and we were charged twice for our stay, which took some time to sort out. The staff could use some extra training in communication and professionalism.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The front end staff at Mercure were very friendly and happy, which was wonderful to be greeted with. The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset. There was a big shopping center nearby and a great walking track with a breakfast stop. The room itself was comfortable and recently renovated. The reception staff were fantastic, both at check-in and checkout. highly recommended!
