Attended an event at Hope Estate, ideal location. Warm spa, great lake view, real size chess, easy TV movies, extra shelves in the bathroom for cosmetics, and a cool pool at reception. Buffet breakfast was good too.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

my recent stay at this resort was simply wonderful. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby wineries. the room was spacious with high ceilings, giving it a lovely feel. the gardens and grounds were beautifully maintained, creating a serene atmosphere. the inclusive hot breakfast was a delight, and the staff, especially hayley, were exceptional in their hospitality. the on-site amenities like the library, pool table, and bar added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. we will definitely be returning to Mercure for another fantastic getaway.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop because it provides the complete conference destination in the area, with on-site day spa and excellent conference facilities.

The one service I missed for my work was the unreliable Wi-Fi connection.

The location is ideal, close to various vineyards and restaurants, offering easy access to the Village. Guests can walk to several vineyards, including Tempus Two. the rooms feature amenities such as a sunken bath with a skylight above, full bottles of toiletries, and easy check-in process.

Just stayed at a hotel with a stunning fireplace and huge rooms opening to a lovely courtyard. LOVED the pleasant surroundings! Would go back for sure. Photos don't do justice to the impressive rooms. Cheers! .

Felt safe and secure, no major issues during stay.

The room was so cozy with a stunning view of the beautiful hotel gardens! It felt like a luxurious retreat for me, a karaoke and casino lover.

The dated room decor may not be appealing to everyone, but I didn't mind.

Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens in Pokolbin offers a great layout in a lovely setting with amazingly kind staff, beautiful decor, and delicious food. Its proximity to attractions and fantastic pool and grounds make it a standout choice.

From the exceptional dishes at the restaurant to the beautifully designed surroundings, it was a super refreshing retreat. the friendly staff, especially Brooke, elevated the experience with fabulous service and a super welcoming vibe. Will DEFINITELY be back for the incredible experience!

Room was spacious and airy with a lovely view of the tennis court, just delightful. My partner and son had a blast playing chess and swimming in the outdoor pool - such a fun morning. Only small downside was having to ask for breakfast items to be restocked, but the staff were super nice and quick to help, not a biggie at all. a fantastic stay, we'll be back for sure! 🌟

My stay at this hotel in Pokolbin was highlighted by the beautiful gardens and the excellent staff who provided top-notch service. Despite some issues with cleanliness and maintenance in the rooms, the convenient location and friendly atmosphere made my overall experience enjoyable. If the rooms were refreshed and better maintained, it would greatly enhance the quality of the stay.

The kids loved the spacious rooms and the fun activities for them. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our family stay truly enjoyable.

My wife says that a children's play area would enhance the family experience.

Despite initial hiccups with the receptionist and maintenance issues, my stay at Mercure Hunter Valley was still delightful. the comfortable beds, friendly staff, heavenly pool, and delicious breakfast made up for it. Brooke's exceptional service at the restaurant was a highlight. We enjoyed a relaxing and central location.
