I loved my stay at Indigo! The rooftop swimming pool was breathtaking and perfect for lounging in the sun. One morning, I had a mix-up with my bill and the staff were very polite and quickly resolved the issue. The location is convenient to nearby shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps down from the beach and stores, providing easy access for families wanting to enjoy the beautiful Patong beach. The rooms are modern and well-designed, with features like a coffee machine and wireless charging. the staff is attentive and helpful, as seen in their efforts to address issues with bad smells or room changes according to guest preferences.

The prices for the minibar items are quite high, making it unfair for guests to pay 80Baht for a small can of coke.

The hotel has a great location, just two streets away from Bangla road and within walking distance to the center and the beach. The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, with attention to detail. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a variety of options, as well as a well-equipped gym and a rooftop pool to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of Patong. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and surprises for special occasions. it's the perfect place to stay.

Felt very happy, no complaints whatsoever.

We loved the spacious rooms with modern design and great amenities. The bathroom was especially impressive with its stylish shower and well-placed one-piece wash basin. The attention to detail, like the small stool in the shower area, was amazing. The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide excellent guest services, from printing over 50 pages for us to arranging private tours and tickets for shows. The breakfast options were delicious, with the ability to have dishes made to order. Housekeeping was impeccable, always cleaning the room at the requested random hours. The hotel even prepared breakfast boxes for us when we had an early morning tour. the focus on customer service was outstanding.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble for us.

Great central location for nightlife, shopping and relaxation. Chic and contemporary surroundings and well-designed, comfortable rooms with fantastic air conditioning, powerful showers and comfy beds. Friendly staff who are efficient and helpful. Excellent facilities including rooftop pool and restaurant. Highly recommended for the price.

Although there were some good things, I wouldn’t say I was very impressed. the view from the pool area was amazing, and the complementary drinks were a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near the center.

The bed was uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep, and the room was quite small. the restaurant served below-average food with not many options, and the staff was not particularly attentive or helpful.

amazing city break, Indigo exceeded my expectations. Modern facilities, friendly staff, and a birthday surprise cake. Will definitely come back!

Poor sound isolation in the room.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that go beyond expectations. From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed by the friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. the room was simply stunning, with its modern design and state of the art facilities not to mention the breathtaking view from the infinity pool. the sun loungers around the pool area were a real bonus and we enjoyed the fresh cocktails from the poolside snack bar.

The only minor issue was the lack of storage for our clothes in the room. There were no drawers or cabinets which meant we had to keep our suitcases open.
