My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the staff at check-in was friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and easy. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring the local area. the breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. the WiFi connection was excellent, allowing me to stay connected without any interruptions.

One area that could be improved is the provision of amenities in the room. Having only one hand towel for two people was a bit inconvenient, and it would be nice to have more towels available.

i had a lovely time at mercure, with classy rooms and professional staff. the fiddler's food was exceptional, and i felt safe with 24-hour reception. convenient location with shops nearby.

The database provided was incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly find the information I needed. the room itself was well-appointed, with a well-stocked minibar, blackout curtains for the best sleep, luxury bedding, and even 4 wine glasses for a relaxing evening in.

One minor drawback I found was that the database did not have an option for personalized recommendations based on my preferences, which would have made my experience even better.

The room at Mercure was exceptionally quiet, with comfortable bedding and a clean facility. The Fiddler restaurant provided a great breakfast option and vibrant social atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient for me.

Although the swimming pool was located near a busy public restaurant, it didn't deter me from enjoying my stay. The hotel rooms were modern and clean with all the latest amenities.

The breakfast was included in the package which was great. the pizza place next door was really convenient for dinner and we received free drinks with our meals. the location was perfect: close to shops and within walking distance to a few bars and restaurants. the room had a nice view of the pool which was good to look at even though it was quite cold.

The pool was really cold and small, so it wasn't really useful. the reception also seemed a bit abrupt and not very welcoming.

The room service was top-notch, with delicious meals delivered promptly to my room. The housekeeping service was thorough and the room was always kept clean and tidy. I also appreciated the range of amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and the tea and coffee making facilities. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the flat-screen TV allowed for entertainment during downtime. the quality of service and the comfort of the room exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is highly recommended to everyone.
