As a group of friends, we loved the staff's helpfulness and their efforts to accommodate our needs. They even arranged a tour of Eltz Castle for us and helped with transportation. The restaurant served sensational food and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Felt great, no reason to complain.

I had a wonderful stay at a traditional yet well-presented hotel, with comfortable rooms and a balcony overlooking the Mosel. the staff were fantastic and the breakfast met all my needs. the onsite restaurant served surprisingly good food, including a delicious steak in brandy and peppercorn sauce. the location was great, with easy access from the autobahn and the hotel serving as a perfect starting point for visiting Burg Eltz. a gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous location.

Absolutely no dislikes to mention in this fantastic hotel. 👍
