The view from our apartment on the 21st floor was absolutely stunning, overlooking the river and surrounding area. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main shopping area and public transport. The staff were very professional and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

While the room was clean and comfortable, there were a few small issues that could have been improved. The windows were locked and it took a while to get a working key.

Convenient location for walking and driving. Access card system and elevator usage were efficient. Spacious, functional and clean with a comfortable bed. Great view from the apartment and well-stocked facilities. Helpful and available staff at all times.

Felt exceptional, no complaints whatsoever.

Located near Roma Street train station, the hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city. It's convenient to walk to many of the city's main attractions including Queen St mall and the CBD. The rooms are spacious with good sized bathrooms and the staff is professional and accommodating. The coffee machines are a plus, and the kitchen facilities are complete with everything you need.

Some customers can be challenging and demanding at times, which can be stressful for the hotel staff.

Had a great stay in the city. The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to the city centre and public transport links. The view from the suite was amazing and the living area was cozy. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The complimentary towels and shower gel were a nice touch.

The room was not very clean. The living room armchair had soda stains from the previous occupant, which were not cleaned during my stay despite reporting it to the reception.

The value for money at Meriton Suites was exceptional, with a free upgrade to a luxurious top-floor suite. The room was clean, spacious, and had stunning views of the river. The staff, especially Cynthia, were professional and attentive.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with a wider selection of jams, butter, and milk options.

We stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday. The location is at the CBD, close to Roma Street Station. Brand new, spotless, and the staff is excellent. The only minor problem is the confusing system of the elevator. But it's only my husband who has this problem who used to the old system. Haha.

Stayed at Meriton Suites for a week-long vacation. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and apologetic about the limited parking, but they did their best to fix the issue. The unit was clean and tidy with daily replenishment service. The elevated views from the room were breathtaking and added to the overall pleasant stay. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and a short stroll to South Bank and the Arts precinct. The security measures with key-coded access added peace of mind.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Meriton on Herschel. The location was perfect, close to the city and attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great facilities. The staff, especially Rusti at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt welcomed from the moment we entered the foyer.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the well-stocked kitchen, this hotel fulfilled all our needs. The only minor issue we had during our stay was the size of the bathroom. While the spaciousness of the room was appreciated, a larger bathroom would have been even better.
