I've been staying here for years and the recent upgrades have made it even better. The cooked food options for breakfast and dinner are convenient and the menu has a great variety. The staff is fantastic and went above and beyond to take care of us during an unexpected issue. The room decor is modern and cozy, with a clean bathroom and comfy bed. The room has all the essentials like a coffee maker, mini fridge, and TV with plenty of channels. The location is quiet, and there's free parking and a shuttle to the nearby metro.

Totally recommend this hotel.

I had a one bedroom king suite at Courtyard and it was comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy and I loved having a balcony to relax on. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenient shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. I had a pleasant stay.

The bathroom in my room was a bit awkward with the light on the outside and limited space for the door to open. The views from the room were nothing special and there could have been more elevators.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very convenient to the New Carrollton metro station. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a quiet area, away from major roads, making for a peaceful stay. The free parking on the property was an added bonus, and we appreciated the availability of transportation with the shuttle service. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the modern and cozy room décor added to our comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The exterior of the property could use some attention, as the landscaping was overgrown and there was litter scattered around the parking lot. It gave a less, than, ideal first impression.

The beds were spacious and the amenities provided, such as the mini-fridge and large screen television, added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. The hotel bar was a great place to unwind in the evenings. It had a nice atmosphere and was a popular hangout for other business travelers like us.

All was great and exceeded our expectations.
