The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, well-furnished, and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities in the room were great, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a lovely sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

That some of the surrounding eateries were not great. However, the hotel had a fantastic restaurant and buffet breakfast, offering a wide variety of delicious food options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The night shift Malaysian receptionist was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with a complaint about a taxi driver. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the city center and Swan River. The superior queen room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed and pillow. We were also impressed by the large flat-screen TV in the room. The breakfast offered at the hotel was absolutely awesome, with a wide variety of fruits and delicious food options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and made us feel at home.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the harbor and shopping malls. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having a guest laundry available. The best part, however, was the amazing food at the attached restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the dinner options were excellent. The front desk staff were also helpful and even provided coupons for dinner discounts. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and amazing food. I'll definitely be back.

Had breakfast and dinner included which was nice. Location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The room was incredibly basic and outdated, in need of a serious refresh. The small TV and high positioned windows made the room feel cramped and dark, which was a shame.

my stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! the staff were so helpful and the decor was a refreshing change from other hotels i've stayed at in perth. the large mirrors in the rooms were a great bonus, and i loved the art displayed throughout the hotel. definitely one of the best hotels i've been to in perth!
