I had a great stay at this hotel! The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the Nile and the pool area. The room itself, although slightly outdated compared to the pictures, was clean, comfortable. I especially enjoyed the lovely balcony. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to surprise my wife with a birthday cake in our room. Breakfast was also quite good.

Great location, with stunning views of the Nile. The hotel is conveniently situated near taxis, banks, and a little shop. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us warmly and assisting with our requests. The view from our room was amazing, especially in the early morning when we could see balloons floating over the river.

On our last morning, breakfast was disorganized and many items were not up to standard. The hotel was also quite cold, with the heaters in our rooms not functioning properly.

The staff at Pyramisa Hotel in Luxor were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The receptionists, Donia in particular, made us feel welcomed right from the moment we received a WhatsApp message before our arrival. The breakfast restaurant staff, especially Haggag, greeted us with a smile every morning. Mostafa at the pool area took great care of our family, ensuring that our son was safe while he enjoyed the pool. The rooms were always clean, tidy, and had a fresh scent. The pool area and garden were fantastic, and we even received complimentary tea from the feluca boatman. the hotel provided a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, with facilities and services of 5-star standards. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We felt so at home during our stay at Pyramisa Hotel in Luxor that we have no complaints whatsoever.

The attention to detail is exceptional, from the basic amenities in the rooms with Wi-Fi and fridge, to breakfast with options for Western tastes and great views of the Nile River from the balcony. The location is top-notch, a peaceful area with lovely gardens and riverside views.

The service from the staff is also commendable, and the breakfast offers a wide range of dishes to satisfy a variety of tastes.

There were some occasional mosquitoes around the pool area, making it difficult to enjoy the evening outdoors.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a riverside location with lovely gardens in a quiet area. The view from my room of the Nile river was amazing. The room service was excellent and the staff went around the hotel all the time trying to please the guests and listen to their views and comments, which was impressive. The leisure facilities were fantastic, including a swimming pool, sauna, and tennis court. The breakfast was delicious and there were various options available to choose from.

The receptionist was not very friendly at the reception desk and other staff, but the overall service was exceptional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality services, and delicious food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the banks of the river Nile. The view from my room was stunning, with the temple behind the hotel and even hot air balloons outside my balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Nour Mohamed at the front desk. She had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The restaurant staff were also amazing, always treating me with respect and kindness. The hotel even provided free bottles of water every day. the service was top-notch and made my honeymoon enjoyable and memorable.

That some of the staff were not as friendly or as helpful as others. Additionally, there was some pressure to pay in advance.
