the modern and clean rooms, coupled with the attentive and friendly staff, made my experience truly outstanding. the location, right next to the train station, was incredibly convenient for our daily commute. I was particularly impressed by the amazing indoor pool and spa, providing a perfect setting to unwind after a long day of meetings.

Claustrophobic initial room;

The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, dear. the general areas were so elegant and spotless, making me feel like a queen. For us seniors, the accessibility of the location was ideal, right by the train station and trams, making it a breeze to explore Melbourne without tiring ourselves out.

Wish the children working there had more activities for seniors.

right opposite the train station and trams, super convenient! our room was spacious and bright, comfy bed and a clean bathroom. the staff were all friendly and helpful, making our weekend celebration extra special.

I found the pillow options to be a bit too firm for my liking.

The nightly Chocolate Hour felt like stumbling into Willy Wonka's chocolate factory - a magical experience with endless sweet treats. the exquisite churros tasted like they were handcrafted by chocolate fairies, making every afternoon an indulgent delight.

Construction noise in lobby.

Convenient location and eco-friendly efforts. the hotel offered easy access to transportation and shopping areas. the environmentally-friendly hotel practices, such as separating waste and using refillable shampoo and soap bottles, were great for the planet.

Disappointing staff service. At check-in, the staff was rude and unapologetic for their mistake.

Friendly staff, convenient location, easy access to trains/buses, excellent food, brand new and spotlessly clean.

Nothing to dislike.

The pool area was awesome for chill vibes after exploring Queen Victoria Markets and Melbourne Town Hall. the free chocolate sesh was a sweet touch! the restaurant Mi served up dope food, and the staff even sang for my friend's birthday. Rad experience overall!

Wish there was a cooler hangout spot for us teens. More upbeat music or maybe a games room would've leveled up the fun factor.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting we received from the reception staff upon arrival. Check-in was a breeze, and our room was outstanding with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Despite facing the street, we were amazed at how quiet the room was. Checking out was quick and efficient.
