The rooms at this hotel were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff members were helpful and assisted us with our delayed luggage, ensuring our needs were taken care of. The breakfast offered a plentiful and tasty choice, allowing us to start our day off right. the location of the hotel was key, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The hospitality of the staff was not up to the mark, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The facilities provided in the room did not offer good value for money, with even the door lock being out of order.

Magnificent art deco building and attentive staff delivering excellent service. Despite minor cleanliness issues, the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast buffet made our stay memorable. However, the frequent towel inconsistencies created unnecessary inconvenience.

The staff went above and beyond their duty to personally attend to our breakfast preferences during Ramadan, making us feel like royalty. Despite the cracked tiles in the bathroom, our room was a tranquil oasis, leaving us feeling pampered and well-rested.

We were even provided with a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which was a nice touch. the executive room was clean and bright, with comfortable bedding and convenient charging sockets near the bed. the bathroom had all the basic toiletries, and we loved the 24/7 availability of hot water for showers. the location of the hotel in a posh locality was great, although it was a bit away from the city center. our experience at Faletti's Hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
